We gather around the fire and hear the history of Kolbullar and its origin as food for the forest workers in Gästrikeskogarna. The batter is mixed and the preparation is done by the participants with the help of the instructor. The pans sizzle off the roasting pork while the batter is tasted off one last time and given a distinct saltiness before being beaten into the sizzling pan. Then comes the real fire test with the obligatory air turning of the cob bun before cooking and a delicious meal from the Gästrikeskogarna takes place.
NOTE! Aprons and gloves are lent to protect your own clothes during the activity.
